Returning a product

The right of return will be exercised by the return of the goods. As long as the item is still in its original condition and if you return it within 14 days of receiving it, we accept returns, subject to the rules below, which include rules around fair use.

Please contact us via e-mail for a return shipment. Please state your full name, order number and the reason for returning in the e-mail.

Returned products and packages respectively will only be accepted in a suitable condition, i.e. unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.

 

Responsibility

Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the Products and take reasonable care of them.

You should return the Products to us or the relevant 3rd Party Supplier (as applicable) unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original Product packaging, in accordance with our Returns Procedure or the Returns Information received from the 3rd Party Supplier(s) (as applicable) for the Product(s).

We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the 14 days period as mentioned above. If you try to make a return, we don’t have to accept the shipment. The shipment may be sent back to your default delivery address (depending on the chosen courier of yours).

 

Cost of Return

The costs incurred for the return shall be borne by the customer.

After receipt of the goods, a purchase price already paid for the goods will be reimbursed to the customer immediately.
For a full refund, all products must be undamaged and in their original packaging. Please return the products to us in the original box or in a package with adequate protection against damage during shipping. We are not responsible for packages damaged during shipping. We reserve the right to refuse the return of products.

Duties

Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

 

Undeliverable packages

If the package is undeliverable or refused, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
